Jennifer Jenn Im is a Korean American YouTuber, influencer, vlogger and fashion designer whose YouTube channel „ClothesEncounters“ has over 2.5 million subscribers. She was born on September 22, 1990, in Los Angeles, California. She is married to Ben Jolliffe, musician and former drummer for the British alternative rock band Young Guns. The couple lives in LA.

Biography

She started her YouTube channel „Clothes Encounters“ back in 2010, with her friend Sara Chu. They created fashion vlogs, lookbooks, hauls, cosmetics reviews e.t.c. Next year Jenn went to college so their lives went a different way. Jennifer decided not to quit on YouTube, so she created her videos alone.

Her shopping vlogs, makeup tutorials, product reviews, skincare routines e.t.c. became pretty popular on YouTube, and channel grew day by day. She has collaborated with many fashion and beauty brands, such as Calvin Klein, Levi`s, Macy`s, Clinique e.t.c.

In 2016 she realized her makeup collection named „Jenn Ne Sais Quoi“. The main partner on that project was the cosmetics brand ColourPop. Next year Jenn launched her first clothing line called „Eqqie“, which means „baby“ on Korean. The second collection has been launched in December 2017.

Jennifer Jenn Im was born and raised in Southern California. Her Korean name is Im Dohee. Her parents emigrated from South Corea to Chile and then moved to the US. Her older brother James is born in Chile.

Along with mainstream school, they both attended a Korean school, because her parents didn`t want to allow their children can’t understand their native language. Jen studied in community college before she transferred to the University of California, Davis. In 2013 she graduated with a bachelor`s degree in Communications Studies.

On December 29, 2016, she got engaged to Ben Jolliffe, a Brittish musician, and drummer. They married in August 2018, on Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California.

Jenn is 5 ft 1 in (155 cm) tall, weighs about 101.4 lbs (49 kg).
