Before creating YouTube videos became her full-time job, Nicole worked as a bartender at BJ’s Brewhouse. In one „Q&A“ video she said that she started working when she was 14 years old. She worked as an office assistant in the roofing company. Later she worked at law firms, at real estate agencies, at hair salons, at fast-food restaurants, e.t.c.

When she discovered YouTube and began watching regularly videos about beauty, fashion, makeup e.t.c., she realized that she can use that platform to share her own knowledge about hair, makeup, fashion and beauty with others, to connect to other people and build online relationships.

Her YouTube journey began on May 12, 2010, when she uploaded a video titled „Favorite Drugstore Makeup“. This was followed by many videos, but she almost stopped posting videos after a point since she wasn’t getting many followers.
