Although born in Morocco, her parents moved to Canada while she was kid. In Canada she finished elementary school and high school, after which Imane studied chemical engineering at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. Rest of the stuff from her personal life are unknown.

Poki become famous back in 2012 when she started streaming gaming videos on Twitch platform. In the beginning she played various games but as the time passed, she focused on “League of Legends” video game. Later on, she began playing Fortnite as a part of sponsorship deal.

In the next years, thanks to her charismatic personality, beauty and skilled gaming she managed to become mega popular on variety of platforms…

In the moment of writing this text, Pokimane was followed by 3,2 million people on Twitch, she has 3.7 million subscribers on her YouTube gaming channel and almost 600k subscribers on her ASMR channel, 1 million followers on Twitter, 200k likes on Facebook and 3,6 million followers on Instagram.
